In the second meeting, we review and finalize your customized meal plans — including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks — and make any needed adjustments so you feel clear and confident.
You’ll also receive personalized recommendations, simple meal-prep tips, and practical strategies to help you nourish your body in a sustainable, realistic way.
